Returns & Refunds

Limber-made products

100-day returns, with free returns in New Zealand (selected products)

Try your Limber product in your own space. If it’s not right for you, return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Returns must be complete and in a condition suitable for resale. 

Normal signs of use, wear, and patina from everyday use during the trial period are expected and accepted.

Items that show damage beyond normal use, misuse, modification, or missing components may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

Refunds apply to the product price only. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Third-party products and electronics

Products not made by Limber, including cushions, mats, and electronic items supplied by third-party partners, have a 30-day return period.

  • Change-of-mind returns will be refunded

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs apply for customers outside New Zealand


Faulty items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Email hello@limberlife.co with your order number and the product you’d like to return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • we’ll notify you of the outcome

  • approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.


Fair use

Our returns policy is intended for genuine use and trial. In rare cases of misuse, we may decline a return or issue a partial refund.
